About Us

The Youth Academy, in Clarksville, TN, is the premier child care facility serving Clarksville, Pleasant View, Dover, Fort Campbell, Sango, Adams, and surrounding areas since 1994. Our locally owned and family operated daycare center offers convenient extended hours, after school programs, bilingual programs, STEM programs, kindergarten, tween and teen programs, swimming lessons, and much more. This place is absolutely amazing. A daycare is an extremely hard business to run and this place goes above and beyond each and every day. My four kids (one who is autistic) have attended for a little over a year now and the growth and development academically and socially has been great. We’ve been blessed with amazing teachers, directors, front desk, kitchen staff, everyone! To be able to go to work and know my babies are in good hands is something you can never put a price on! The youth academy Sango and Industrial park has played a huge role and impact in our families lives!!

I would like to inform people that the two people who wrote a bad review also lied. First no one chased this lady out the building I’m a fellow parent and watched the whole thing. She was yelling at him and he was trying to calm her down she also sped through the parking lot which mind you kids with their parents are walking through. Also the lady who claims they don’t fill out forms and lie. Is a lie every form that explains my child’s day what they ate how much of it and what they did appears to be accurate. I say this because I read them and then I ask my child about his day and he always tells me exactly what’s written on the form. This place is a great place for your child and highly recommended!

As someone who has brought my daughter here for over 6 months I will 1000% be honest on the fact that everywhere will have their slight downfalls BUT none of the downfalls iv seen here are major enough to “call the state” or swear off The youth academy! On the other Stand point I will also admit I am a teacher here and I treat every child like I’d want my child to be treated. I love all the babies in my class and make sure they are all being properly prepared for the next year to come. In my one - two year old room we are learning our shapes, colors, numbers and alphabet! We do not just sit around and let them play. To the parents that think we do by all means on Fridays check your child’s backpack and you will see their work from the week! I DO NOT SPEAK FOR EVERYONE WORKING HERE but I just ask parents be realistic and imagine the things that happen while you watch them (like a diaper rash) things are going to happen (to an extent)
